Ease of use with audio and video accessories

I couldn't believe how easy it was to connect the fibre. I use them to connect two network switches that are about 500 feet apart. It was plug and play with no programming. Make sure the cables, SFP module, and hardware specifications match.

  • Certified
Cons

Great solution for use case

I bought this cable to connect a Unifi UDM Pro to a 48 port Unifi switch for my network. The cable length is ideal for fast communication between both devices. Very useful for short distances and for the required 10 GB speeds between devices.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

It just works, nothing more to say!

It just works as you would expect and hope. I was able to run the cable through 3/4" conduit without using lube or draw gel, and it was easy to fish through walls. you fish

Quality fiber optic LC-LC jumper

I bought this LC-LC single mode fiber optic cable (10m long) to replace an existing one that was damaged in the field. This is a quality jumper with good connections. We received it quickly and as soon as we connected it to the SFP, our uplink fiber port showed up. I would definitely buy it again.

  • New to my collection

Beep Beep Boop, zing, /sound_of_light

I've been using a mini light for a while. The light comes in one side and out the other, making things attached to it beep-beep-boop. As an aside I only use it on a 1GB interface so I can't confirm performance on faster connections but it arrived in good condition and works well.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Available in white only

BRUTAL 150 METERS INSTALLATION -- STILL WORKING

Bought two 150 meter cables for industrial use. our clumsy electricians installed them, ignoring all applicable bend radius, compressive strength and tensile strength codes; multiple times. things still work. 1 gig in single mode. OS1. . From now on, we're going to fully wire everything under 400 feet.

Pros
  • Trial for 1 year
Cons
  • High price

it was delivered on time etc and worked

What can one say? It arrived on time in plastic with easy to remove zip ties and it worked (I'm new to all this fiber optic stuff, it went from fiber optic patch panel -> LX gbic -> media converter -> router. Worked the first time. But me think some fiber not compatible with all, just like gbic and router, you need to confirm the compatibility.

Works as expected, plug and play

TL;DR - For this cable to work, all that was required was to remove the connectors at the ends and plug them into the SFP. Requires no cleaning and is very easy to connect or disconnect. After connecting my gateway to my switch via ethernet for the longest time, I decided it was time to free up the ethernet port on the switch. After reading which SFP port would work best for my setup, I found these cables. The length was great as my rack is side by side mounted and the short cable makes for a…
