this is not the product I ordered that was advertised, this is an American industrial brand if I take a picture could post i would show you what i received and it's not metra, very unhappy i didn't receive what i ordered. I want to include a picture so you can see that this is not an add-on, it's from a company called American International, so this isn't advertised to order

Connecting this wiring harness to the head unit socket is the most tedious part, but it is reliable. Match your colors and then it fits right into the car's seat belts, in my case a 2006 Jeep Liberty. The only thing to watch is the blue wire and the blue/white wire. If you have an amplifier, it should be connected to the blue/white remote on/off cable. Solid blue for the remote antenna. So if you plug them in, your amplifier will only work when the radio is on.

As a new cruiser owner, I wasn't aware at the time that this car doesn't pass power (red wire). I had to go around and plug in the cigarette lighter power cord to turn the CD player on and off with the car. was pretty painful until I found this out. I think it should be in the description and save buyers a headache. Also, make sure you don't need the module (if your car has factory amp, this kit is not for you).
