None. Just no. This kit confirms the face of the stereo about 6 inches in front of the dash. It looks awful, like looking through a scope on a submarine. I can't imagine anyone thinking this is a good design.

Great product. I replaced my radio and lowered the AC controls with ease. I used another lid offered on Amazon instead of this square display lid for personal reasons. Everything else fits like clockwork.

This item works as intended, please note you may still need to modify the air intake behind the dashboard (especially on the left side). It's not that difficult with a Dremel, but it's painful. But I am satisfied with the product.

I like this shelf more than an ashtray. It's much more functional. This worked great on my 2006 e46. The cigarette lighter was a little tricky to remove from the old frame but easy to fit into the new one. My buttons also came in easily and look good.

Someone thought it would be a good idea to put a cheap hollow plastic part in an unlined envelope that didn't work so well for a part I wasn't using. The HVAC relocation bracket was undamaged and fitted perfectly. Quality is obviously a bit lower than OEM but adds the finishing touch to the aftermarket head unit setup.

If I needed the whole set I would be very upset as the main frame arrived broken in half. I only needed the bottom bracket and it arrived in perfect condition. Installation was easy and it looks great on my E46. I used the cigarette lighter location to set up a dual USB connection for my head unit and the entire installation was clean and factory done.

So I bought this to fit a new head unit in my 2002 BMW E46. I only needed part of the bracket to move the AC controls, but I didn't use the rest as the stereo doesn't require a mounting bracket. I would highly recommend this kit but only for using the mount to move the AC controls and not other stereo mounts as it is gross. At $35 this was a great deal as other kits can go up to $80.

This was installed on my E46 330CI. The floor plate kit is pretty good. However, the main cage and the plastic mounts that hold the radio aren't very strong. I expected better plastic. The overall cosmetic finish of the kit does NOT match the texture of the original BMW plastic. I have used Metra kits before and this one let me down. I'm trying to return it so we'll see how the seller responds.
