What happened to the quality? I have had my original rabbit for over 10 years. I haven't always used it, but still. I got this for my soda water. One has already stopped working. Luckily my return deadline is in a few days so there's no point in keeping them unless they last a month. Such a disappointment.

I have purchased several of these units over the years. I don't know if the quality has gone down or what, but if they are over tightened or turned too far counter clockwise they will stop working. You can't twist them to do anything and you can't do anything to fix them. Just throw them in the trash can. I am so disappointed. I can't stress enough how amazing they are at storing wine. Please do not use vacuum sealers. Even if you're not a wine geek like me, it's still worth it if the wine isn't wasted. I bought my first Metrocan almost two years ago, and then four more. I can drink 2-3 bottles of wine in a week without spoilage. Larger wines with tannins more suited to aging obviously last longer (I used Metrocan on a half blend Bordeaux style Californian and the wine wasn't spoiled after 10 days - I forgot that…
