Best office chair I've had

This chair is great quality and great value for money. I spend a lot of time on my computer (for work and play) and have decided to spend a little more on an office chair rather than trying to save money. Easy to assemble and has excellent lumbar and head/neck support. Very happy with the purchase and will buy again when the one I have wears out.

Expensive but worth it for home comfort

I was looking for a home office chair that would be comfortable for my back. Love how it feels Very durable yet comfortable. The pinching on the armrests is also good. I'm 5ft 2in and the headrest adjusts to my height which is also unique to this chair. The backrest is pretty secure and is one of my favorite features. A bit pricey but worth it.

Good chair, not the best

I'm 6ft 3in and this chair fits me. The lumbar support is a bit aggressive and I wish it was adjustable. The tilt limiter can be difficult to get to and it takes a lot of effort to increase the amount that makes a difference. The right arm of my chair moves a little more than the left, although both are pulled down. But the mesh is comfortable and not too itchy, the headrest is ok, and the price is great.

The screw holes do not match!

Hands off this chair! The parts seemed to be of decent quality, but the screw holes in the armrest didn't line up with one of the armrests, so trying to screw it in ripped the washer off the head of the screw while the other two screws were already in place. It also says little about the quality of the hardware. For this price you should at least be able to assemble the product, but unfortunately that is not the case here.

Excellent chair, service department does not exist

The chair was delivered in just a few days and well packaged. It was easy to assemble, especially with the help of another person. The chair was well made and just what I needed for a tender back. Everything was exactly as advertised except for one thing. The voltage regulator did nothing. I tried to contact the company's service department but received no reply. That's the only reason I'm deducting two stars.

Good quality for office chairs

This is a quality chair for people who spend long hours in front of the computer. I've been using it for a week now since replacing my 10 year old office chair and the lumbar and neck support seems much better than my old one. The chair is heavy and strong. Assembly requires some force. It took me about 45 minutes to assemble. Also, there's no wheel lock, so storing it on a rug or rug might be better. Best Home Office Chair Sturdy Construction Can Hold Heavy Weight

I was surprised at the quality and durability of this chair when we received it! We used similar ergonomic computer chairs that we bought from local stores like Staple/Office Depot, none of them were as comfortable as this one. Super comfortable product for home office chairs

This is a heavy duty chair! The shipping box was appropriately marked as heavy which helped me understand that this is a good quality chair! I also appreciated that there was more than one box in the box as I hate extra packaging. It was nicely packaged where everything was securely packed. Ok I've bought a lot of office chairs but this one is comfortable and sturdy for the money!

Quick setup and the only issue I had was that one of the headrest screws on the back of the chair was not factory set correctly. I was able to finish and the headrest looks solid but only time will tell. The chair is worth the money, durable, strong, comfortable. I almost love it more than my office chair.
