Exceptional Performance in Compact Form

The MFJ CB radio is a perfect tool for adventurers on the go. After I put it to the test, I was impressed by how well it performed in remote areas. The compact design lets me carry it anywhere, and the rugged build quality gives it durability that can withstand any outdoor activity. Almost a "must have " for your HT.

I am using this antenna on my Wouxun KG-UV9D and it is really different from the standard antenna that came with the radio.

An excellent antenna for the ranges it is designed for.

I live in a lower area than the surrounding area, this antenna has really helped me to get and receive a signal reliably. It's long, but when you need a signal nothing can replace the length of the cable. The longer the antenna, the better the signal, period. I added shrink tubing where the flexible part enters the non-flexible part for stability. I was worried that if I accidentally drowned the walkie-talkie in a field, water would get in there.
