Flicker while charging your phone

Apparently there is not enough juice to constantly glow and charge the phone at the same time. When the phone isn't there or it's charging, the light stays on all the time - otherwise it's very annoying. Mechanically this is a very good solution - you can bend it any way you like to get the light where you want it - although it's not much, so the lamp needs to be close to the subject. Tone and brightness control is ok
