Terribly brittle! in Hair Combs

combs are not cheap. I bought two sets as I keep losing them. After putting them on once, I took them off and broke 2 teeth. Well, I thought maybe I put them in the wrong way around and broke them. The next day I was very careful putting them together and when I took them out I broke 4 teeth on one side and 2 on the other. Well, too many broken teeth they won't hold your hair anymore! Okay, I bought another set. In short, I've lost more teeth in the 3 days I've been wearing this set! DON'T…

Wrong order but happy!

I had one that lasted 6 years before my teeth broke and I couldn't find it even after contacting Mia directly. They worked great and helped me grow out a really terrible haircut. My fabulous hairstylist was away and I had a very good friend use my head as a guinea pig and cosmetic layering test. Well, she failed. My absolutely amazing stylist Lou at Twisted Hair Designs recommended they stay put even with all the layers and waist length hair, and he was right. Do your best to keep alcohol-based

I have used these combs in the past and they are in my REQUIRED ITEMS + backups! , CVS, Rite Aid, etc.) PROS: Hair combs work with fine/hard-to-pluck hair, they were always affordable (until I could find them in CVS) and have some flexibility.
