Great product - Power & Electrical

I may have posted the wrong article before. But like I said, it works perfectly. I use this for my 30 amp RV due to worn circuit breakers at some parks. This will prevent circuit breakage due to leakage during AC and electric water heating operation.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • I won't say anything

Plug from 30Amp RV to 50Amp for Tesla charging while camping

We needed this to charge our Tesla while camping. We are using a 50A outlet for our setup and the Tesla cable is set to charge from a 50A outlet. This allows us to use the 30A socket to charge the car simply by reducing the charging current.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Requires outlet

food served! for plugs, sockets and outlets

I liked that it worked lol let me use my generator to power my campervan so now I can turn on the air con when I'm packed or working on something! My motorhome is 30 amps and the plug on my alternator was a 4 pin 23a Nemo 30R (I think). As you can imagine I'm not an electrician, I just know it works!

Pros
  • delivery was very fast
Cons
  • definitely a bad product

Recommended for use in your campervan

This product is ideal for plugging into your campervan's socket to charge the battery and operate the slide. Much better than lugging around the long, heavy power cord that comes with the RV. I keep two of these. I leave one at home to connect when parked at home. The second is connected during storage or on a trip where 30 or 50 amps are not available.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

QUALITY GOODS L14-30P to TT-30R

I bought L14-30P to TT-30R. It has a 4 pin locking connector side so it will match my alternator that puts out 240. One of the hot pins is just there to hold the plug better, it's not powered (not connected to anything in the head) which creates a 120 output to the female side where the RV cable connects. It's great and works great to get everything working.

Pros
  • Annual trial period
Cons
  • Some small things

Just what we needed

We booked a park through Reserve America that we hadn't visited yet. We then learned that the connection at that particular location was 50v (our trailer was 30v). Found and ordered this product as it was exactly what we needed. Very well made (stable), exactly as shown. Delivery in a stable box. Highly recommend (would be handy for any follower, just in case!).

Pros
  • Build quality
Cons
  • So far so good

Goods correspond to the description. Nicely made and serves its purpose

Product used as intended; A 15 amp connection to an RV that typically draws up to 30 amps. I also received a detailed email describing how to use it and how to use it safely. Who wants to connect their follower in this way; You can't run everything in a 30 amp RV on 15 amps! It is intended for storage or limited use and the points are clearly marked on it.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Drained my batteries.

Bought to change the batteries while my Airstream is in storage. When I first used it, everything was fine. Came back from a long trip and pocketed it as before. This time it completely drained my batteries before I found it. Previously, they remained stable at 13.5. I bought a new plug and now I can only restore it to 9.2 after plugging it in for a week. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • No instructions

Well made, waterproof and perfect length for my purpose

I needed a short 20-30A plug for my campervan while parked and stored. I was able to get an adapter for the end of my 30 amp main line but didn't want to use it for storage. Bought this plug and a 20 amp extension cord for winter storage. Much lighter and cleaner, plus my 25 foot 30 amp main power cord out of the ice and cold. This connection is perfect. v/r rch

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • Hard to say
