Micador Jr Chunky Stampers 5 Stamp Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice of stamping, I found this stamp set to be subpar. The design is not crisp and the ink is not evenly distributed. The set lacks variety and is not worth the price.

The stamps don't go as smoothly to make a full print so it's a bit annoying/frustrating. Even I have to try to express it fully and sometimes it still doesn't work. The happy face is one of the easiest to make as it has a solid circle outline all the way around. My 2.5 year old daughter loves it but she also has a lot of marker on it - luckily it washes off easily. She does better with real little children's stamps, which are smaller and easier for her to press down and make a full impression…

Honestly I bought these because I do occupational therapy with elderly patients and thought they would be good for developing fine and visual motor skills. However, to use stamps, the marker must be completely vertical, and markers are very slippery. I don't think they will be very good for the small hands they were designed for.
