Not Disappointed - Home Audio

For my office/library they are phenomenal. I wouldn't use them as standalone speakers for a large room if you want to listen to music, but for a small room they're great. Super happy with all the quality for the money.

Pros
  • Bookshelf Speakers
Cons
  • Fairly OK

Good speakers. for Home Audio

Excellent clean speakers. I use them as fronts in my old Yamaha 5.1 receiver. I turned them on at maximum volume with no distortion and they still sound powerful. Obviously they're not as good as a $600+ pair of speakers, but I'd be very happy with these speakers if I paid triple the price.

Pros
  • Home Audio
Cons
  • So far so good

You get what you pay for.

I wish I had spent more money. They have good build quality, but they are by no means speakers in their own right. There is no bass and the mids are anemic. Luckily I only use them as a supplement for the back of a stereo set up halfway up the wall of a multi-story house. If you want to use them in a small room for background music or talk radio, they're probably good enough. If you really want to listen to music, you should spend more.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • No Insurance
