Micmac Review

The software includes an intuitive user interface, which helps get you started quickly without any prior knowledge about how to use this type of program. I like the fact that there's not much lag when using different tools within micmac; the whole thing feels very responsive. When working with large datasets for research purposes, using multiple computers running microsoft windows 10 has been quite effective as all my data fits into ram memory allowing me to work faster than if i were doing so

It's simple, easy to use software for 2D/3D mapping, quick results, very accurate with good resolution. 3D modelling needs some practise, not so intuitive. The whole process is automatic, no manual effort needed. But it takes time to get used to work flow. A great solution if you have limited resources for data acquisition. Easy to integrate into your workflow process from collection to post processing. For us it was the only option as we did not have the budget for more expensive software…

The software itself has many advanced features which makes this program very easy for students who have little experience with computer programs like myself, so I was able do what i needed without having any problems! All your photos will appear as one large image if you take them all together instead making each photo individually easier than before using other similar softwares out there!!
