Very helpful and super fast support

I like how easy it was for me to set up my first account with micro keeper! The customer service has been amazing as well!! They are always willing to help you out when needed or just make suggestions that can save you some work in future years too :) No dislikes at this point yet but if there is one thing i would say its probably pricing since we haven't had any problems so far other than getting our accounts setup correctly which they have helped us do. We love using this system because not…

  • Very simple overall design, nothing much going wrong here great support team extremely helpful whenever issues arise during initial implementation phase.
  • Easy signup process + quick response from techs regarding questions asked through phone call / live chat

Great tool for managing team members and payroll

The most beneficial feature that I have used so far in this software would be its Payroll functionality. It has saved me tons if work regarding manual data entry as well tracking my staff's working hours or leave balances etc., which was difficult using excel spreadsheets! Nothing really at present but it does look like they are moving towards expanding more features into future versions too - will see what happens here with those updates/upgrades coming out after initial release (as usual!)…
