So it only worked once and then stopped working forever. The box came with a receipt from the seller stating they can be contacted with questions and that they will replace/refund no questions asked. I contacted the seller to report the problem and he said all products are tested before shipping and we 1.2.3. having to go through endless troubleshooting steps. Glad Revane helped. I returned it.

I was looking for a phone with a USB speaker for my laptop and they were a lot more expensive. I decided to buy a USB microphone and use the laptop's built-in speakers. It works well. The only issue I had was when installing the microphone I had to manually change the settings to use the laptop's speakers. I was concerned that the mic might cause feedback on a call, but not a problem.

Great little microphone for general use. I use it for online courses and meetings with no complaints. If I speak in a normal pitch/volume, I can be heard well by the other participants; without screaming. It looks great, nice finishes and appears to be made from quality materials. The only downside is that the base is light. This makes it prone to tipping over, especially when the mic is tilted slightly towards you. A slightly heavier/wider base will take care of that.

This microphone was the best investment for my gaming group! After the pandemic, we had to go online and play with other people across the country with all the problems that came with it. Now that we were trying to come back in person we needed some round-trip broadcasting so we could all be heard and that was great! Super easy to use

Use this for a large meeting that will be simulcast on Zoom. This really helps distant listeners hear people at the back of the room.

I've been looking for something to eliminate the rumble from my zoom camera. This mic wasn't expensive at all and worked well for the voice. I don't plan on using it for music, only for Zoom.

Used this mic for a zoom meeting today, about the first 2 minutes. I was told my voice sounded muffled and slurred, so I switched back to a different mic, more intrusive but much more effective. I do NOT recommend this microphone.

The unit was easy to set up but caused hum and noise when used with Apple products on the web. Not only that, it also interferes with every other device. During an active call, there was a complaint of a very noticeable hum. I turned down the input volume in Apple's sound settings, which helped, but then I couldn't be heard either. What a deal! The microphone is about 16 inches from my mouth, and people can hear me perfectly during a conference call when I'm speaking in a normal voice. My laptop mic wasn't working at all for some reason. It was sent the next day. Microphone bag that I don't use. There's no reason not to use it, I just don't use it.
