Sound is loud and crisp! - The sound was so loud and crisp and clear that I had to actually only have the volume at 45 instead of 100 like some other headsets. Love the mute button - I use this headset to record my podcast. The mute button on this headset is awesome. I can mute myself while my guests are speaking so when I edit the episode I don’t hear myself breathing. Works perfect - My fiance works from home doing customer service. She wears glasses and these do not press her ears against her head causing discomfort from glasses.
