This item was much more expensive than the other two webcams. I was happy with this product for the video quality, but the microphone and sound quality were terrible. With the camera I received I could not initially find how to attach it to the tripod as described in the description. Secondly, I wanted to record the conference and the angle was large, but it was not possible to use it because of the large arc and longitudinal distortions of the surrounding objects; It's also very sharp (+), but so sharp that the letters on the board looked like they were made out of small cut pieces of black line, not a marker. makes no sense.

My laptop has a built in webcam and microphone but since I use a docking station I needed an external webcam that can be installed on the monitor. It was easy enough for me to set up. I have a MacBook Air and it plugs directly into a USB port. This will be especially helpful this fall when my kids are studying remotely and need to participate in Zoom calls with their teachers and classmates. I was able to purchase this product today to replace my MacBook"Potato Cam". Webcam Peteme just got better. Excellent. The internal microphone wasn't the best for me and I prefer to use my MacBook. However, you can't beat the price of an affordable webcam with a 3-year warranty! I would recommend it to anyone who has shopped and was looking for a decent alternative to a webcam for their computer.

This was the cheapest option for my project and I have to give it up. The mount is pathetic and slides off the monitor very easily. As soon as I set my recording program to 1080p at 30fps, the video stream becomes very choppy and after a few seconds the program says "An unidentified camera has been connected". Then the camera image goes black. I don't have this problem with my other webcams that support 1080p. The best resolution I can get with this post is 800x600. But hey cheap price cheap…

Received this camera today. It connected to my Windows 10 system right away, so that's good. Image quality is good. I wish the lens had a different aperture so it doesn't capture the background of my office as clearly - it's set for a deep field of view, and for a webcam it would be better if it were narrow.
