I am not satisfied with the performance because it freezes and sometimes the interlocutor cannot hear or see me. I have to keep it disabled for it to work properly! Not a good buy!

I have an older computer without a built in camera or microphone so it was perfect for face to face. The camera was easy to install - USB plug and play, had to reboot for it to be recognized - but everything worked great. The two photos look like they are attached to my monitor with the built in clip.

If you are using a docked laptop to install a larger monitor, keyboard and mouse, you still need to open it to use the camera/microphone. In this age of Zoom meetings, working from home, this can be tedious. Having such an external camera solves this problem for me. Now this laptop can stay closed. And despite the low price of this camera, the image quality is excellent for upscaling. It's definitely better than the built-in camera on my HP laptop.

Amazing video and sound quality, especially for the price. The image is a bit sharp with curved distortion around the edges (the edge of the bookshelf behind me is a curved line). I wouldn't rely on it for recording tutorial videos or making money on YouTube, but for 'normal' pandemic life with its many online meetings, it's perfect. Windows recognized it immediately without any drivers or setup.
