🎮 Black Microsoft 4N6-00001 Xbox Controller + Windows Cable Review

Mine lasted 5 months, now the right trigger doesn't go all the way down and the left analog stick is drifting. I wouldn't be upset if it was an unnamed brand, but I paid more than double the cost of a random cheap controller and got the same cheap quality. I don't consider myself a heavy user - I use the controller a few days a week, max 3, around 3 hour sessions. This is not a well built controller.

Got this because I've been using the same Xbox 360 wired controller for several years (on PC, for gaming I prefer the controller over k/m. The 360 controller was a dependable and dependable piece of gear but was starting to let me down. Everything is better in this controller - smoother responses, better looks. Bumper placement needs some tweaking, but it's not bad next to my bed as a self-defense weapon) though overall i am satisfied.

Very easy to start working on PC! On the PC, click the Bluetooth icon and connect the device. 4) Done! I ended up switching from a wired 360 controller just because I don't have enough USB ports on my laptop and need more options. I can still plug it in if needed, but it's good that it's gone! Mine needs to be replaced in six months now. For a while, it was almost as good as a wired Xbox 360 controller worthy of four or five stars. But the end of the USB cable on the controller has a long, inflexible head that puts too much pressure on the connector. This will loosen the connection over time. I definitely do not recommend buying this as a Windows/PC controller. I bought it in August 2017. EDIT: Earlier in this review I said that you have to manually reconnect the Blu Tooth every time you turn on the controller, which is actually wrong! All you have to do is wait about 10 seconds for your controller to connect automatically. If 10 seconds of waiting is too long, just plug it in, or spend 30 seconds manually reconnecting I think.
