Okay, but no media controls.

Good headset for telephoning in teams. However, it lacks media controls, making it difficult to use as a versatile headset.

Integration with Teams is not very convenient

The headset integrates well with Teams which is why I bought it. It's not the most comfortable headset, especially with glasses.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Only available in black

Please avoid - terrible echo, bad sound quality.

I was excited when word got out that I wanted to replace my Logitech H800 because the battery life is very poor. Unfortunately, no matter how much I fiddle with the settings, all calls and sound come out of the headphones with a very strange echo, like someone speaking from a glass room. I'm sending them back hoping they're just buggy and MS will come out with a new version or update, but so far they're pretty much useless. Build quality and comfort are excellent, but it doesn't say anything…

  • Fast Replacement

Faulty hardware on computer headsets

The headset worked fine for a few days and then stopped working. It is currently on even if the power switch is set to OFF. The status indicator is solid white. I couldn't find instructions on how to reset the headset on Microsoft's website and there is no phone support for this device. - The quality of the microphone is good. - The integration with Teams is fantastic and works great. - Headphone sound quality is poor for a $99 headset. - The range is large. The device does a great job of…

Good for teams meetings but not all day

Lightweight headset with good wireless range when using the included Bluetooth adapter and very long battery life. This is good for team meetings, but only for a short time, not for the whole day. It has limited customization. and I could never get it right. As a result, I was only able to use it for a meeting or two before having to switch to something else. There is a call answer button which I assume only answers phone calls since it never answered a computer to computer command call. There…

  • Easy to use

Complete failure of computer accessories and peripherals

I am sad to write this bad review because four of us at my company had high hopes after seeing Microsoft's announcement. In terms of marketing and functionality, they fit the bill, except they don't offer a one-ear mono headset. They were wireless but didn't use Bluetooth, a fold-down mic, answered calls through a headset, and were also certified and integrated with MS Teams. ear, but instead there were small ones that sit on the ear. Very inconvenient so was impatient to pick them up.02) The…

Matching Teams wireless headset

I evaluated several different wireless solutions for use with Teams and settled on the modern MS wireless headset. I tried Jabra Evolve2 65 and Jabra Elite 65t (paired with Jabra Link 380 that comes with Evolve2 65). The MS Modern Wireless Headset works best with Teams (I've only tried it on Windows). I think there must be some kind of tweak because when I was recording rehearsals with the audio recording app outside of Teams, the mic quality wasn't very good. But when invoking Teams, it…
