The headset worked fine for a few days and then stopped working. It is currently on even if the power switch is set to OFF. The status indicator is solid white. I couldn't find instructions on how to reset the headset on Microsoft's website and there is no phone support for this device. - The quality of the microphone is good. - The integration with Teams is fantastic and works great. - Headphone sound quality is poor for a $99 headset. - The range is large. The device does a great job of reconnecting when it's within range. Decent price for a Teams compatible headset. But if you don't use commands, I wouldn't recommend this headset.
