The wireless mouse and keyboard are great. I'm a very hesitant buyer when it comes to computer peripherals, but this purchase broke the barrier. My work has become more efficient. I have two of these wireless keyboards in our home office. The first worked well for over a year. I just bought a second one which is identical to the first. NOW I always get a weak signal and the signal strength window pops up at least 10 times a day. Even my old keyboard has the same problem. I called Microsoft and they said there would be no problem using two wireless keyboards side by side. I can hardly believe it. These are indeed mistakes. Battery life is good. I think I'll have to return

I find the keyboard and mouse work very well. The keyboard has a large spring and the mouse generally tracks movements accurately. I've found that when I'm typing really fast, a keypress will occasionally skip, but other than that I've had no problems. It's nice when the cables don't clutter up my desk.

I am a Plus Certified PC Repair Technician among many other certifications and I was having a very difficult time getting this device to work. Please pay attention to this product and don't waste your time or hair.

I should have listened to reviews how the mouse was hanging. In my case, the mouse stopped working less than 24 hours after receiving the item. [.]

I've had this product for a week now and am returning it. Often the mouse and keyboard would suddenly lose connection and stop working; attempting to connect again does not work. Optical mouse tracking is terrible and the design is awkward. Sorry microsoft. stick with the software.

This is a great wireless keyboard and mouse. This eliminates any cabling. It's convenient and very affordable. I haven't had any problems since the purchase. I definitely recommend this product.
