We have replaced our old headlights in our yacht's engine room with these. They come with nice brackets that are very easy to install. The engine room is now lit up like a soccer field! very happy

The instructions were terrible and most importantly the connection to the light was intermittent. It turns on brightly and then quickly simulates. Move it and it will turn off or flicker. In general, the quality is not satisfied, I will look for something else.

Very bright white light. The biggest problem is the wiring. They come with a 3 wire pigtail, the outer two wires are listed as positive and the middle wire is listed as ground. I connected the two outer wires together and to positive and the middle one to ground - NOT WORKING. Then I connected one plus wire to plus and the other to ground, the ground wire in the pigtail was unused. SMX.

I installed these in my shed where there is 12v powered by solar and battery. They give good light but a little whiter than we would like. My only criticism is the included plug and cable. Barrel plugs don't fit well, but to make matters worse, the pigtail attached to the plug is very short and very thin. Splicing on the cable was difficult because of the thinness. I would recommend soldering.

Terrible instructions, it's written in Chinese. The yellow wire is for grounding. The other 2 (outside) are your plus and minus, it doesn't matter which one. The lights are nowhere near the advertised lumens. My money is around 400 max working lumens each. They do well in the lighting shelves of a work truck. For anything else, they won't work. They get 1 star for arriving and 2 stars for doing what they say.

Update: The second one is now shorted too, which is only good if you want to start a fire. I have contacted the manufacturer for a refund but am very disappointed. They are very cheaply made, for the money you would expect a little more. When my flashlights arrived one of them discovered a short circuit which caused the cord to immediately smoke, melt and almost catch fire within 3 seconds of connecting to the battery. I was hoping they would be good but now I can't trust them.

Connection instructions are not clear, the light has three outputs but then it goes on 2 wires, it tells you that the middle wire is ground, but it is not clear what to do with two other wires 🤔 1 should be powered and where to connect the third? As other reviewers have noted, the wiring diagram in the manual is incorrect. It only took me about 5 minutes to figure it out, but someone with little or no knowledge of wiring 12 volt electronics could have big problems. On the kits I received, the two outer wires are POS(+) and NEG(-). The center conductor is not used. Possibly for housing mass? But I don't see the need for it because it's 12V, which isn't fatal if you get hit by it. The brightness didn't seem to be affected when I swapped…
