Compact and long range

I am using the MXTA25 with a Midland MXT-275 and am very happy with the results. I chose this antenna because I didn't have any places to use the magnetic antenna that the MXT-275 came with. All flat surfaces were either fiberglass or aluminum so I added a bracket to the fender and the MXTA25 worked great.

Pros
  • AV Accessories
Cons
  • Not bad

Better than 6dB Whip

I bought a 6dB Whip and compared it to some friends on an off-road trip in Montana and the Ghost was much better. Somehow the genie managed to pick up signals that were just static on the whip, so the first thing I ordered when I got home was the genie. There is nothing better than the performance of this antenna!

Pros
  • Radio Antennas
Cons
  • No Instructions

Great antenna for Tacoma Gen 3

The Ghost 3db antenna has turned out to be a great antenna for my Wouxun KG-1000G 50 Watt GMRS in my 2016 Tacoma. I initially gave up on this antenna due to a misunderstanding, but after speaking to some techs I realized this was the antenna I should have bought from the start. It is very easy to install and works well with a trench light mount.

Pros
  • Accessories and supplies
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great little antenna for GMRS radio

Got this antenna for my Jeep Gladiator because I wanted a small unobtrusive antenna for this setup. It sits well against my A-pillar and is barely noticeable. Reception is excellent, I can hear a small faint hand over half a mile away. When sending it back to her I connected the reception meter to her device so it is clear that it is transmitting with a lot of power. Overall I am very happy with this antenna.

Pros
  • Antennas
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

Great little antenna for GMRS radio

I bought this antenna for my Jeep Gladiator because I needed a small, discrete antenna for this setup. It sits well against my A-pillar and is barely noticeable. Reception is excellent, I can hear a small faint hand over half a mile away. When sending it back to them, I hooked up a reception meter to their device so it's clear that it's transmitting at a lot of power. Overall I am very happy with this antenna.

Pros
  • Overall height 3.5"
Cons
  • Not sure
