This balm is so easy to apply unlike any other balm I have received recently. I love that I just have to take it out of the container instead of scooping out the balm with my fingers. I'm glad it's safe for dogs because they always try to lick it off.

I ordered these roller paws for our nine month old Shepsky's paws. That works great! I also sometimes use it on my heels because (1) it really works that well and (2) when puppies lick it off my feet it doesn't hurt them. It is ongoing, so no timely application process is required. It definitely softens their pads. It also has a light scent but nothing overpowering. I highly recommend!

The love that is inherent in the product is all natural! Because of my location and the hot climate, I have stones in my garden. My baby's paws were stiff and hard like he needed a callus remover! I use this product morning and night and my paws are nice and soft! He loves to lick his paws so it's reassuring to know that this product is all natural and not harmful to my furry little one.

Used once and after a few hours my furry friend's paw pads still look hydrated. The smell is very pleasant and I'm glad it's not toxic because the dog tried to lick it off (fortunately he can't really get his heels). The name says it all. As soon as I opened it, a bunch of goo formed. I figured I could at least try spreading it around with my fingers, but it's a gooey mess. I managed to get it on my lab's poor, very weeping elbows and front pads before he got mad and I was covered in his hair and all. he licked it obsessively (even when treats and bones and toys were offered instead) and it took me five or six washes to get the crap off my fingers. Nightmare.
