Great tool and perfect solution if you're looking forward connecting & communicating efficiently

I like that it allowed me to connect with my coworkers, even when they were in other buildings or states! It was very easy for us as we are remote workers so being able to work together through this software has been great!! Not much at this point but would love more integrations into our system (like payroll). Benefits administration/payroll can be done from anywhere using your internet connection instead of having people come back to HQ every time there's an issue. I like that it allows us…

  • MiHCM software and the customer service team provide the best experience and service, they truly care about their clients and their needs and are flexible to meet their needs and requirements!
Cons
  • No issues at this point, however MiHCM team is constantly working to improve and add new features to benefit all of their clients!
