These glasses look very good; So light I thought they were plastic when I took them out of the box. In fact, they are made of cheap ultra-thin glass. One broke immediately when I carefully washed it in the sink with a kitchen towel. I was lucky that I didn't cut myself too badly. Mikasa should be ashamed of putting his name on her! You will be returned.

These glasses are pure elegance. I bought these glasses because I was looking for lighter glasses for everyday use. You are perfect! They are simple, light and easy to hold even for people with grip problems. The base looks sturdy and the rim feels flimsy and flimsy, but it's not. I accidentally dropped one and everything was fine! They also make a wonderful sound when clinked together, like expensive glassware.

These glasses look great but the glass is very thin around the rim and the bottom of the glass is uneven. (They are thinner than my wine glasses!) It lies flat on the table but you can tell the pouring and pouring was hasty. - I would not recommend these goggles in the future as I doubt they will last and will most likely break long before my other thick/heavy goggles. If I had seen them in person and held them in my hands I would not have bought them.

The glasses are of high quality. The glass has no defects. The laser inscription "mikasa" is clear, without stains. They are a good weight and feel sturdy. The best part is that they are dishwasher safe. My biggest criticism of them is that the lenses are larger than average. check if there are any changes.

They are EXTREMELY fragile - the side windows are too thin. I have other glasses that I have worn for decades and you can feel the big difference in lens wall thickness. I've had them for a week now and I broke one almost as soon as I tapped it with another glass. And if that's not enough to put you off buying them, the actual measurement of the double dated style looks odd. The overall diameter is too big - they don't feel good in the hand and I have relatively large hands.

I had Mikasa glasses in the same style as Julie Double Old Fashioned. I bought mine years ago and they are smaller but the new ones I bought this time were bigger and wider but still the same shape. Both me and my wife love the way they look and are aesthetically pleasing. The glasses say they can be washed in the dishwasher but both times I used the dishwasher and they thought it was an accident the glasses were cracked/broken. So now I have 4 packs but I have 2 jars left. So now I hand wash…
