Thin plastic cover over foam, tears easily. It also makes the ball tight and a little dangerous for a young wrist. The ball now looks awful with the outer shell torn. I think I'll just buy a rubber one like we used to make when we were kids.

We bought this ball for our corgi. She's a great ball player. Our only problem was that the ball had a slit about two inches long. It looks like a cut with a utility knife. Plus, our little daughter loves it!

I liked that it keeps air for 18 months and withstands many games. Very disappointed in its ability to glow in the dark and the durability of the coating which is currently peeling heavily.

This ball is not even three months old, we didn't even put it on the playground before Christmas because it was a Christmas present. What bad quality. And of course, since I pre-purchased it to wear for Christmas, I can't return it.

Strong, well folded lanyard. Not too hard, not too soft. All the kids from the neighborhood come and play for hours. So much fun! However, it doesn't glow in the dark, not even a little bit, so don't buy it for that reason. Buy it because it's a durable, well-built ball that will last.

Although the glow-in-the-dark feature is useless, a holdall for the whole family has become a big summer hit! We have two installations in different areas and everyone has enjoyed them. It glows in the dark but you have to expose it to sunlight. We bought this ball with our new BSN line rod as we thought it would be good for night games. We are very happy with it for a number of reasons. When I opened the box I took it straight into a dark room and it didn't glow at all.
