This shirt is not what it seems. It comes with sewn-in rivets that are much smaller than buttonholes. Oh it looked amazing when I tried it on and stood in front of the mirror. I needed a new dress shirt for a black tie style wedding but couldn't buy it locally. I'm 5 feet 7 inches, about 175 pounds, neck 16 inches. I bought the shirt in two sizes: 16" 32/33 Regular Fit and 16.5" 32/33 Fitted. I prefer to keep the neck loose, especially with a bow tie. . I wear a white compression t-shirt underneath. This shirt fits and works great with the cufflinks I also bought. My wife and I were invited to a Halloween party but canceled due to Covid-19 concerns so we went for a lovely dinner instead. I tried to dress like James Bond in a black suit with a bow tie and of course my PPK. Very nice shirt.

This is a regular shirt of medium quality. I was VERY disappointed to find that black buttons were permanently sewn on where rivets were supposed to be. I would cut them out but there are no holes for buttons for rivets! I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy a dress shirt wanting a shirt without rivets. And black will work if you're wearing it with a tuxedo, but if you're wearing a white tie, black studs won't work. Crazy.

It's like any normal tuxedo. Contrary to reviews, it *has* buttonholes for rivets, the plastic rivets it comes with are *removable, and it also has white buttons sewn in in case you don't want to use rivets. The material was nice and the fit was perfect - very similar to other shirts I have in the same size. I was a little apprehensive about the reviews but I needed a new dress shirt that could ship via Prime so I decided to take a chance. Glad you did!

No, that is not so. these are plastic buttons with a silver trim (looks nice) sewn to the shirt. I want them to have buttonholes in the front and back so I can use my own rivet.
