I bought an adjustable bed and quickly realized that a standard skirt wouldn't fit. I bought a bed skirt with elastic and quickly realized I needed something to hold the elastic in place. These little pins are the bomb. They go in very easily and hold the skirt in place very well. I only put 9 because with an adjustable bed it sometimes falls out due to constant movement. This is my second sentence. I used them for a non-adjustable bed and none of them fell out. Great little product.

After reading all the negative reviews and looking at the pictures I'm on to this Concluded that these pens are not used properly. I have a wrap skirt on my box spring that tends to slide down when I pull out the storage box from under the bed. I use these pins at the top of the spring block instead of the side like in the photo and they hold the skirt in place without hitting the floor. We have a large memory foam mattress that sits on a platform frame. The mattress is incredibly heavy and almost impossible for me to maneuver to put a typical skirt on our bed. especially with all the gaps and grooves of our platform frame that the mattress rests on.
