This blackout roof saved lives! My 1 year old sleeps much better and I don't have to worry about him slipping out of the pack n play as the canopy attaches with velcro to the bars underneath. This allows me to leave the light on in his room (for evening cleaning) without disturbing him, which is a change in me! It's funny how a little something can help mom and baby so much!

I wish the holes on the bottom weren't so big, because for a sleeping baby it's at eye level. However, keeping the pack and playing dark enough on a recent trip has worked well. Not sure I'll be using this on a very light sensitive baby, but for half the price, can't complain (I have both versions - this and the resting one, and they're the same material).

We used it for a recent country trip and it worked pretty well. We have the standard Graco Pack-n-Play and as other reviewers have noted, it doesn't fit perfectly. The top is hanging too much. We were able to solve this by pulling on the bottom corners where the velcro is and tucking it under our feet/wheels to grab and play with. First, the tent didn't fit me the way I imagined, probably because my pack n play version is the oversized deluxe version.
