✈️ Sparkling Fun: MIMIDOU Flashing Illuminated Colored Airplane Review

It was great at first! It flies very well, the backlight is a fun touch! It flexes well but both broke the day after I bought it and it wasn't due to rough play. One of the reasons we chose them was because they are said to be able to flex fairly well without breaking, and the wings only broke from a ridiculous landing and hitting a door frame. Spring. They were fun while they lasted but don't expect much!

What the heck happened to them? Maybe I bought a different brand last time but they don't stay up in the air. They just do a swoop up and then dive down with a straight nose. We used to do the latter as "loop loops" as my boys call them. They have light all over their spine, which wasn't the case with the others, so maybe it's off balance, but we're not happy. Not to mention that when you turn it on, the lights will flash and then go out entirely. Will return.

First, the holes for the wing and plumage to fit through were never cut in the red plane, so I had to do it. Then the light didn't even work on red and then the tail broke after I flew it 5 times. and I wasn't crazy about it either. Its front end is very heavy due to the plastic part so every time you fly it just nose dives. I wanted a fun toy to play with my son for the summer but he made it in minutes. At school he bought a cheaper one that lasted much longer. Spring.

Bought on a whim as I was stuck inside with the kids. It works great both indoors and outdoors. The foam is dense enough to withstand impacts against walls, floors, asphalt, trees and more. Now that it's getting dark earlier, kids love to play with the airplanes outside with LED lights. That brings even more experience. The neighborhood kids love to throw them at night, they fly pretty well but more importantly they can get in almost anything crack and survive. We haven't broken one yet. The catch is the battery life. Leaving it on or using it a lot at night means changing batteries and the compartment wasn't the easiest to access.
