Great little backpack

As with all Mindshift products, the quality is top notch. This is my favorite little camera bag. I saw a small one, but this bag can still comfortably carry a 100-400 lens, a Sony a7rIV and a 24-105, plus another lens like a 15-35. I have used it extensively and this pack has become my main pack.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Problems happen

This bag is so damn cute!

For me the perfect everyday bag. Very comfortable, large, holds quite a bit of gear - quick access to it. All materials are high quality, it is well made and very waterproof! Seriously I feel like I've been waiting for this bag to last forever haha. Good job, change of mind! I look forward to future versions of this bag! πŸ€™

  • Robust design

Requires upgrade for luggage and travel gear

Bought this to take my M43 gear with me. He does it. It had a discount. I have a couple of issues that might be obvious to some: - The laptop case is too small to fit a 13" laptop in a protective sleeve even without hardware inside. - The side zip is a one-way zip and it's a pain. The funny thing is that the bag has a two-way zipper on the inside. - The straps are a bit tight. No problem if you're wearing a sweatshirt, but it can be uncomfortable. if you want to wear a t-shirt or windbreaker…

Pros
  • Nice package
Cons
  • Good but not great

The mindshift mechanism is just amazing!

Mindshift is amazing! I photograph toys all the time and Mindshift is always there to make sure my camera and toy are protected from inclement weather and falls. Mind you, I have gear in all of these packs. When I got new gear, I thought about using my old backpack and combining gear, but it just didn't make sense. Mindshift bags are so well made and look like new. I would be happy to add one more. The PhotoCross design really adds functionality and convenience that I couldn't find in any other

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

Fits all my gear plus a 13 " MacBook Air

I bought this backpack for hiking and because the 20 liter Peak Design Everyday backpack V2 is so uncomfortable (don't know why everyone is so excited!) I was pleasantly surprised that it fits my Fuji X-T4 with 50-140 2.8! There is also room for 16-55 28.80 2, 8 macro, 23 1.4 and 56 1.2 all of which fit but fit My 13" MacBook Air M1 fit leaving room in the laptop compartment. Fully loaded it's much more comfortable than a Peak Design backpack with one camera and an extra lens. I see a need for…

  • Very good value for money

Very nice bag that could be better.

About two weeks ago I posted a similar review on the Think Tank website for the PhotoCross 13 backpack. I'm really surprised that Think Tank didn't post this; I emailed Think Tank and was told my feedback had been received and was "pending". I gave the bag four stars but was critical of the three design options. First is the cushioning of the straps. I carried this bag with a Nikon Z6, a Nikkor 70-200 VRII f2.8 lens, a 70-300 Nikkor VR FX Zoom and a 24-70 Nikkor S lens to the local zoo. My…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine
