Sturdy brackets, iffy hardware.

I picked up a pair of these for installing a pair of mini split units. The first one I opened was complete, and went fairly smooth - though two of the wall anchors self destructed (the other two worked perfectly fine), requiring me to do a last minute change of plans (fortunately this one was mounted to an unfinished garage wall, so it was easy to make an on-the-fly adjustment). When I opened the second, I was surprised to find about half of the hardware that was included in the first box was…

Pros
  • Easy to install and super sturdy for my 18000 btu unit
Cons
  • Nothing worse than missing parts. One rubber cushion one nut short.. no washers

Doesn't give the warranty-required 12 " of wall clearance.

Bottom line is that if you wish to have the warranty honored on your Senville mini split, you can't use this bracket. The installation paperwork shows 12" clearance necessary between the wall and the back of the unit, and this bracket provides only 4". If the warranty isn't one of your trigger issues, then I'm quite sure 4" will provide enough gap for adequate airflow. The other negative is that the packaging isn't adequate. This is a heavy metal bracket, and it's shipped in a thin rectangular…

Pros
  • Works great easy to put together and install
Cons
  • Requires proper ventilation around the air conditioner

Good wall mount. good for me

This wall mount does the job. Good and sturdy. I think the ones with the horizontal bar across the back allow for width adjustment a bit easier, but if you measure correctly, this one is fine.

Pros
  • Works as discribed
Cons
  • Installation can be time-consuming

Nicely supporting a 24k BTU heat pump on side of my house.

Looks small and comes in a tiny box. but I installed to hold a 24k BTU heat pump mounted on side of my house one story up with no problems. Only issue is that I could not locate the studs to secure the bracket, so I put a pair of 2x10 treated boards between the house and the bracket and then secured the 2x10s to the house in multiple places (just to be safe). Otherwise this seems to do the trick and was surprised at how sturdy it is despite the size and price.

Pros
  • Was exatcly what i expected, fast shipping, excelent product
Cons
  • May need to add additional insulation around the brackets to prevent heat loss or gain

Screwed!😡: my feedback

This is a fairly strong bracket you do need to do more layout compared to others with a track system. My package was missing one of the main bolts I had to find one in the basement. And even though it is rated for an 18,000 btu unit the washers at somewhat small for the holes in my unit.I’m glad that I’m sorta a hoarder with saving leftover parts from other things. Now saying that I know it’s only a 40 cent piece but the inconvenient of potentially needing to run to home depot would aggravating…

Pros
  • It's very solid once it's installed
Cons
  • Requires additional support beams for larger air conditioners

This bracket worked perfectly. The only concern was the clearance on the back side of the heat pump I put in. Manufacturer recommended a minimum of 12” but I was only able to get 6” of space to the wall with the equipment on the farthest bolt holes. It still worked like a champ though and for the price would do it again.

Pros
  • I liked the light weight packaging nice bracket for mini-split ac units
Cons
  • Not suitable for irregularly shaped air conditioning units

Good product cheep anchor

The product overall is good hold the ac easily easy to install. The only issue is the built and anchor that comes with it is garbage 2 of the broke while installing it. I recommend you throw them out and pick up masonry anchors at homedepot for 55 cent and use those. Don’t even bother with the ones that came with the package. Anchors are so cheep I don’t understand why they just couldn’t provide decent quality ones.

Pros
  • Easy to install, adjustable for different sizes.
Cons
  • May require additional installation or moving fees when relocating

Comes with anchors that are a non-standard size in the US

The anchors included require a 2/5" drill bit to drill the holes. Such a bit is impossible to find in the US. Ended up having to buy different anchors to use.

Pros
  • Works well and is well made
Cons
  • Can be an eyesore on otherwise attractive buildings

Required metric tools

Simple to install, however a caution. All fasteners are metric, including the sleeve bolts to attach to concrete. This means you need a metric masonry drill to get correct hole diameter. This is not mentioned in the instructions.

Pros
  • kind of expensive for a metal bracket but they work good and fit my LG units perfect.
Cons
  • Can be difficult to find replacement parts

Easy install for my opinion

Held up my Mr DIY mini split condenser with ease. Easy install. Wish it came with lag bolts. Not sure how often the concrete anchors are used.

Pros
  • Very sturdy and easily adjusts to your needs for the Mini split system.
Cons
  • May not be sturdy enough for heavier air conditioners

Quick Delivery & Quality Product

Really good quality product and super fast delivery on a weekend. Ordered Saturday afternoon and brackets arrived in less than 24 hrs on Sunday. Took me less than 10 min to anchor the brackets to the wall and place my condenser on them.

Pros
  • Good option to mounting on ground
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all households (e.g. homes with young children

great product. - my new review

Loved these. Just as described. Fit perfectly for my split systems. I would recommend this product for sure. Not suitable for apartments or rentals where drilling is prohibited!

Pros
  • Great product! Nice and solid, quality is definitely there. Simple to install, Would buy it again!
Cons
  • Not suitable for apartments or rentals where drilling is prohibited

Straight forward install!

My only suggestion is one providing its own hardware for the install. The anchor bolts are suitable for block walls but for stucco i have used toggle bolts/lag bolts if a stud is behind.

Pros
  • Was Easy to Install, Very Sturdy and Great Value for the Money
Cons
  • Requires precise measurements for installation

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Incorrect measurements

It calls for a 2/5” drill bit!? That doesn’t exist from what I’ve found. It also calls for a 1/2” socket which does not fit the anchor bolts. I used a 3/8” drill bit and a 14mm deep socket to install this thing. I’m not quite sure how it will actually hold up mounted to a brick wall.

Pros
  • All good
Cons
  • Requires an air conditioning unit with the correct dimensions to fit the brackets

Sturdy little brackets

Used these for a Senville 9000 btu unit and it holds the weight no problem. As mentioned by someone before, these brackets are assembled with bolts and not with cheap rivets. They even come with the anti-vibration rubber buffers, It was nice that they included the masonry lags but I needed to go into wood so I had to purchase the wood lags. My only suggestion would be to include those as well. Otherwise A++

Pros
  • No problems with these brackets working as advertised. Plenty strong enough to support my outdoor unit.
Cons
  • Not suitable for all outdoor settings (e.g. near the ocean

Works fine, measure carefully

Was off in my measurement about a 1/4" and I had to use a slightly smaller bolt in one of the holes. Probably a good idea to use a thick plywood backer when mounting to sheathing with lag bolts.

Pros
  • Very well made and strong. Comes with serious anchor bolts for installation in concrete or block.
Cons
  • Can limit how close the air conditioner can be placed to the wall

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Strong and NOT RIVETED

Nice to see one with both the rubber insulators AND not being cheaply riveted. The rivets are the first thing to waste away in the atmosphere. These have SS hardware in the arms and clad insert for the anchors. Remember, you'll need a hammer drill for concrete and block walls.

Pros
  • Perfect for the job
Cons
  • Brackets may rust over time

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Looks pretty skookum

Pretty thick steel seems like it will keep the unit fairly level and not tilted to bad. Will update once installed.so far i am happy

Pros
  • good mount , sturdy ... over priced !!! but easy and fast !!!
Cons
  • May not hold up well in high-wind areas

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does the Job for my opinion

These do what they're supposed to. Mounted my Pioneer minisplit without an issue and they haven't fell apart yet. The metal is a little chinsy but I guess its fine.

Pros
  • good quality
Cons
  • Fits good but are kinda weak unit is starting to sag at the end of the arm on compressor side

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Purchase longer bolts as the one provided were short.

Need 2-3 people to mount unit on it. Seemed a little flemsi but once bolted up it appeared to be better. I mounted mine indoors in a warehouse so I had to purchase different bolts.

Pros
  • Good product
Cons
  • Requires regular maintenance to prevent rust and wear
