Works normally, you need to drain at a certain angle. If it deviates even a little, it will move very slowly or not move at all. You have to check every time. If it works well, it fills the bag in about 5-10 minutes.

We just returned from a 32 mile hike in Colorado for 3 days. Happy with this product. The gravity system works well, the filter clears 3 liters of water quickly and is well made. It looks like it will hold up well. The only downside is a slight complaint about the tubing not being as flexible as surgical tubing so it can kink and not squeeze tight. Otherwise I am satisfied with this system.

We bought this as part of our bug bags. Used it once to ensure it works well should we ever need it. It worked great. Only very minor complaint is that it doesn't fully fit in the carrying case. It sticks out about an inch. Luckily I have another waterproof bag that fits him perfectly. Otherwise great product. We bought extra bags of powdered milk for the grandkids and powdered juices.
