Mishimoto MMCFK-F2D-08BL Coolant Filter Kit: The Perfect Match for Ford 6.4L Powerstroke 2008-2010 (Blue) Review

Easy to install and I feel a lot safer with it on my truck. There is a video on YouTube showing each step that you can watch. In particular, my truck had coolant issues, including a bad oil cooler, so it would have been better to get it from the factory, but that's how it is. Highly recommended for Powerstroke owners.

Bought Mishimoto Coolant Filter Kit for a drop of "Peace of Mind". While I probably haven't been able to prove that it specifically protects my cooling system, knowing that it filters debris eliminates some of my concerns. After watching many video examples and reviews on YouTube, I realized that this is reasonable insurance as well as a reasonable service. I installed it on my F250 6.4 100k 2008.

Ford f250 2010 6.4L 4x4. The bracket supplied as a kit does not fit my truck. Beware. Support said I would have to drill holes in the frame to mount the bracket. It doesn't seem right. I just installed holes for the side rails of the frame, that's all I had. Doesn't fit the truck. Since I've already cut through the coolant hoses on the truck, I can't go back. I installed it but it doesn't fit. Customer support was a little weak.
