MASSIVE SIZE over stock 4r100 radiator

Huge upgrade over stock 4r100 radiator, fits perfectly with no vehicle modifications. You will need a suitable adapter to change from the large hoses on the radiator to the stock 4r100 radiator. Great upgrade for 00-03 7.3L or 6.8L 4R100 radiators. I think it's 37 lines

It is important to know this in advance.

Great product. One thing to keep in mind. If you have an external oil cooler from a bulletproof diesel. then it is about 3 inches high. You can do all of this, but you'll need to craft some racks for the air conditioner and oil coolers. Rivet nuts will help you with this.

Good quality, overpriced, arrived with bent fins.

Found with a few bent fins. Definitely expect a perfect product at this premium price. The packaging is undamaged, looks well packed. You could probably save a few bucks by choosing a different brand and finding the same quality. However, the quality is better than OEM. There are no problems in use.

  • Sturdy construction

Cooled my trance!

I installed this on my 2001 F-350 7.3. First I installed a temperature sensor to see where the temperature was without Mishimoto. I've been idling for an hour at night in 195 degrees around the city at about 90 degrees. After installing Mishimoto, my temperature only went up to 150 degrees. Even with my trailer at 8500 degrees it stays at 150 (until I ran into hills that previously overheated my transmission). The hottest temperature I've ever seen on a 3 day camping weekend at 100 degrees and…

Installed on 2003 F250 4 hours work to do.

Installed on 2003 F250 4 hours of work to get everything done. All you need is 7 foot 1/2 inch transfer hose, 2 1/2 to 3/8 barb connectors and 2 90 degree elbows to turn the transfer hose exiting the radiant cooler around. No need to go through the radiator again, just attach the zip tie to the bottom of the frame. The frame is protected by a bumper, so don't worry. Simply wrap the hose in a protective sleeve to keep the hose from wearing down your fastener. No more screwing or cutting…

Fairly easy install

Installed on a 2000 f350, fits snug but needed trimming of the top brackets. Pretty simple build. UPDATE: 100% best update for 2000-2003 Ford. Tiny factory transmission cooler is too small. A documented difference when towing is a temperature drop of about 50 degrees. TFT monitoring from the ODB2 port showed over 200F after towing a 9000lb trailer on the freeway for an hour - this was with the stock cooler. With the cooler, Mishmoto regularly drove the 150F from Cincinnati to Louisville on the…

Need early truck modifications.

Note that on early trucks like the '99 F250 Super Duty you will need to remove and replace 2 cross braces. Spacers go where the new radiator will be. I removed the spacers and shortened them to about 5 inches so they don't get in the way of the new radiator. If you do this, you will lose the top attachment it was previously attached to. The new radiator is well secured with floor mounts which work great and 1 bolt each side of the sheared struts. At this point, the braces really only need to…
