Installed on 2003 F250 4 hours of work to get everything done. All you need is 7 foot 1/2 inch transfer hose, 2 1/2 to 3/8 barb connectors and 2 90 degree elbows to turn the transfer hose exiting the radiant cooler around. No need to go through the radiator again, just attach the zip tie to the bottom of the frame. The frame is protected by a bumper, so don't worry. Simply wrap the hose in a protective sleeve to keep the hose from wearing down your fastener. No more screwing or cutting required. Unscrewing the AC capacitor helps a lot of space. Be sure to find something to plug all 3/8" holes if you don't want a mess. need 4
