Measurement Nightmare

Through trial and error I found that this indicator is difficult to read and inconsistent in its readings. The only pro is the brand reputation. The cons are the lack of clarity in the measurements and the frustration it causes .Save yourself the headache and invest in a better product..

Pros
  • High accuracy and precision for precise measurements
Cons
  • Difficult to read graduations for those with poor eyesight

Superb build quality - you get what you pay for

We use it to find parts in our CNC machines. Works very well, excellent build quality. Of course there are cheaper parts, but if you need something that will stand up to factory/machine conditions, go for Mitutoyo.

Pros
  • Units are displayed in fractions of an inch, has a rotating bezel and limit markings
Cons
  • I don't remember
