Works great g35 works great for valve caps

These test builds are installed on my vq35de on a g35. works great, i had to remove 1 of the wiring harness brackets under the throttle body, i also had to rotate the cross hose on the passenger side, apart from that great bracket!

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • no auto

Great for vq35de

These valve covers fit my g35 vq35de perfectly, no oil leak, all you have to do is put some ultra black RTV on the head where it will run around the corners in front of the engine. The supplied screws and seals are in perfect condition.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Only use for listed vehicles!

2004 fx35 vq35de AWD . I guess same motor why not a perfect match? . The mounting brackets were too high, didn't realize it until my bottom panel broke. CM. Otherwise great quality, replaceable plug seals and gaskets so a plus in the long run. Do not attempt this on any computer other than the one listed. UNLESS you plan on shaving off the staples and attachment points.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Some little things

Disassemble and clean before installation

Spend time disassembling and cleaning the inside of the covers under the plastic baffles. There's a lot of aluminum filings in there. If you don't want this in your oil, clean them. If you have high lift cams (12mm+) it will hit the baffles. You have to crash against black plastic and screws. I used a small rotary tool with a barrel grinder attachment. If you use outdoor cameras you should be fine. Luckily I spun my crank by hand to see if it hit. It was like this. A pair of screws are inserted

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Nice, but be careful! in Motorteile

Covers generally look good. One thing that worries me is that the plastic shields inside are held in place by self-tapping screws. There is no thread sealant or other way to keep them from falling out and falling into the engine. I drilled and tapped them for 10-32 pan head screws which I install with Loctite. Another big issue is that the right side cover, which is without a filler cap, has extra material that will break your head and allow broken material to fall back into the engine. You can

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not the best
