At least disappointed with this pair. I had another pair that accidentally went through the washer and dryer so I had to replace them. In this pair, however, most of the sound comes from the right side only. The volume on the left is minimal, so really very unbalanced. I like the cable as it doesn't tangle and the design is such that the connections are secure, but this pair doesn't match my first pair.

I bought these headphones because my son has been known to bend, twist and generally distort headphones. A thin wire will inevitably short out and then my headphones will start to "disappear”. But so far these top earmuffs have been great. The sound quality is good and in 2 weeks we haven't had any shorts or any problems. Good product at a very reasonable price.

Bought them back in March 2019, returned the first pair because the right channel wasn't working. Now the second right channel pair comes off and Revain's return line is out, how handy! I'll keep trying the production under warranty, but I can still try Revain, they're usually good for that. I used this brand many years ago and have always used them well, but apparently the quality has really gone downhill. Don't recommend them if you don't like the hassle of returning them!

I bought this in January on a friend's recommendation. I initially liked them for the in-ear design, built-in mic, and the fact that they don't tangle. The sound is normal for people like me who usually only use one earbud as I need the other ear free to hear my office mates who call and talk to me frequently. Unfortunately, after about 7 months, a pair of headphones just stopped working. The worst thing is that it comes with a built-in microphone. The friend who recommended it also passed away

I bought these because of the flat cable which I really like, I also have another model with a white cable. I'm not sure what the deal with this model is, they are terrible. I've done side-by-side tests with the other two sets I have and there's obviously something wrong with them. Very, very tinny, with terrible bass. I even switched between each type of headphone to see if they belonged, no they just sound awful. I suggest looking at other models in the Ecko line if you are looking for Ecko…
