Since 2009 I have been riding almost all versions of the Wave Rider. I had to take a break at 15 seconds (I think) when the instep was changed to be too flat for my high arches, but back for a few years. This is the best version in my opinion. Soft yet lightweight, cushioning yet responsive. Everything about these shoes is just right. I can't wait to run all those miles in these little ones.

I've been running in Mizunos for many years and their size has never been optimal. I wear 9" outdoor shoes and usually 9.5" running shoes, but at Mizuno I always have to go with 10" shoes - this shoe was no exception.
