Still on the wave. The best so far!

Since 2009 I have been riding almost all versions of the Wave Rider. I had to take a break at 15 seconds (I think) when the instep was changed to be too flat for my high arches, but back for a few years. This is the best version in my opinion. Soft yet lightweight, cushioning yet responsive. Everything about these shoes is just right. I can't wait to run all those miles in these little ones.

Odd Size - Shoes

I've been running in Mizunos for many years and their size has never been optimal. I wear 9" outdoor shoes and usually 9.5" running shoes, but at Mizuno I always have to go with 10" shoes - this shoe was no exception. I also have one leg that is longer than the other (left) and the Sizing does fit but if you look at the chart my right leg is more like an 8.5 for road and a 9 for running so 9.5 should be perfect.I tried the 9.5 in this shoe because the other one Mizuno which I bought at 10…

I usually wear a 9.5 but followed other reviews and went up a size to 10. They were still too tight. So I ordered 10.5 and they were too big. lame. Mizuno last year fixed the narrow toe box issue that some of you might have struggled with, but this year I had a heel slip issue. I decided to keep the 10.5 because I needed a new pair. They appear…

Was a HUGE fan of Mizuno, however.

1. I expect the wave knit to be a little small (I bought all the wave knit from the start); Even though I buy the same size, I usually put them on and stretch them out because I like tighter kickboxing shoes (I don't walk like I should). 2. Compared to other versions, I do not feel that this new design returns more energy (in fact, it seems to me that it is much less). 3. The toe box is wider than other versions. If you have a narrower foot, you may not like this feature. 5. The heel of the…
