I love that it can be used for multiple departments in one centralized location which streamlines processes across your organization! It was difficult at first getting employees familiar with how they could use this software but once we had them trained up everything started working great!! We have been able solve problems such as time off requests being incorrectly submitted or not received by HR; payroll issues where mistakes were made due too little staff input/knowledge about pay rules…

I like that it's easy for me as an HR manager (or anyone) in my organization who has limited IT experience or skillset can use this software without needing much training from us at our office! There are some things we would love more features but they do offer free updates so its not too big deal if you have any questions about using their product ask them via live chat with customer service - great support team!! It makes payroll processing easier than before by allowing employees paystubs…

I like how easy it was for me as an HR Manager (to see all aspects) that included payroll & time off requests from employees! It has been very helpful in streamlining our processes with ease!! Nothing so far but would prefer if there were more reports available when logging into my account - however this may be due simply because we are still getting used too everything? Also wish they had access points where you could download your Payroll info directly instead going through their website…
