I've always needed that. Read to not break the tool.

Ideal for reducing bubbles when working with resin. Although it doesn't clean them all and splatters resin all over the place if you hold it too close, I still like it. As I continued to work with this tool, I encountered some problems that most likely could have been avoided. Since resin is hard to work with because of the ridiculous stickiness and mess, I've now coated the heating tool's on and off buttons with hardened resin, rendering it useless. This should be taken into account when using

Does what it takes!

At the lowest setting the resin will move if you hold it in one spot for too long, but it will take care of the air bubbles and remove/lift them to the surface. I've never had to use higher settings as lower settings work just fine. I only use it at 3 minute intervals, and with a maximum run time of 15 minutes, that's enough to get the job done. I have no way of seeing what temp it's blowing at but it gets warm and the nozzle can be hot so be careful but the area you're holding doesn't get hot…

Valuable heat gun - love it!

I really like this dual setting heat gun. I've been looking for a heat gun that heats things up without blowing them all over the place and decided I'd have to settle for two different guns. I was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful weapon! One setting is good for embossing etc. The lower setting gets very hot but doesn't blow the items with strong air pressure. A higher setting is also ideal for embossing (especially with larger or larger embossing powders) and removing sticky materials…
