Great product for construction project management

This is a very easy to navigate software and the customer service is outstanding. We have implemented this at almost 2 of our refineries and are very happy with the results. I don't think we had a challenge that came up yet that was the worse part of this program. We can now track our projects very easily and the communication is great. We can now easily track our turnaround projects and provide feedback to our team members. I like how easy it was to install at my work place. It's not really…

  • Mobile friendly app which makes for easier user experience during remote visits.
  • Ability see your current inventory levels within one window instead opening several different windows while working from home

Mobideo - Great Software To Track Outages

It allows you to see all aspects of an outage and be able to quickly identify any areas that need improvement. I have not found anything that I dislike about mobideo. I do believe that some departments are better than others at putting out their reports. If your department does not have the proper resources to create reports it can be difficult to gather the information needed but i am confident that with the right people this will improve. mobideo is a great software for our business as it allows for easy communication during outages

It's great how easy this software makes our life during outage situations! We've been using mobideos since we started with them at my current job 5 years ago now so I'm not sure if something has changed recently but they used to have an awful lot more options than what you see today which was confusing sometimes when working through their menus. Definitely give them some time before deciding whether or not to use these guys as there are other companies out there who do just about everything…
