Inexpensive, expires with use.

Very cheaply made. After plugging in and tightening the shower valve, it worked, but when showering, some water flows out of the nozzle, as if the valve wasn't fully closed during the shower. Wouldn't buy again.

Plastic, be careful when installing

Let's start by saying that everything is made of plastic! You should definitely use teflon tape on all connections, otherwise it will leak, if you over tighten you can break it. I'm worried how it will hold up. The hoses are very stiff and put a lot of pressure on the tees and bend them. I hope they don't break or there will be water everywhere.

Great solution for a clean finish

I bought two of these garden tub faucets for the main tub of our latest home purchase/renovation project. It seems to work well - it fits snugly, but in general it all came together and should be fine. My husband said it was easy to install for the most part, took about 5 minutes to install and he had limited handyman experience with these things.

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Out Of Style

Couldn't be cheaper

If you need a replacement garden bathtub faucet and don't want anything too fancy, this one will do. I checked in other department stores before I checked out Amazon and they ran out of options. The ones they had cost between $150 and $200. This faucet is a lot cheaper, has the same spout I replaced, and comes with 1/4 turn valves, which I think is nice.

inexpensive 1/4 turn garden bath faucet MH

Ordered this item to replace rusted, worn out brass pipes with Phoenix faucets. Even though it's all plastic, it seems to work. Installed with no leaks and just a few words on the overall design of the MH. A trick to prevent twisting of hose fittings with nipples: a: Wrap with Teflon tape. Yes, there is a rubber washer. Wrap it up anyway.b: Align the hose/fitting with the nipple in a straight line. Slide the hose/fitting onto the nipple. c: Twist the fitting as if trying to remove it. Keep the…

Great alternative for pickup truck parts and accessories

I called a local plumber to replace our garden bath faucet and he quoted an outrageous price of over five hundred dollars. We bought one of these and made it for a fraction of the price. Of course, like all hardware, this item is made of plastic and I cannot predict its durability. At least for the moment we are very satisfied and the price is right. I'm not sure if it will stand up to the rigors of everyday use by young children (I don't know if it won't), but for a few older folks like us I…

They work well, go well with RV parts and accessories

These faucets complement my existing decor well. I have to admit that they are sensitive. I made sure not to break them during installation. It was a little tricky to attach the lines and tie them tight enough. First I had a leak so I had to do it again. I've been a home handyman for decades, so this isn't the first time I've installed a faucet set. The material they are made of is lightweight plastic that is brittle to the touch. Everything seemed fine with the roosters, but I tried not to…

Return/exchange is not possible. Bad seller and company.

I made a mistake in my order and wanted to return it because of a different type of faucet for my sink. I completely forgot there was a guy in my house with a hot and cold thing on the faucet itself as well as how it turns on and off. So my mistake. But I went back to get the right type and they say I can't return it. It wasn't opened, in the original box (no point in opening it, it won't work anyway), but now I've completely lost money, and they don't want to bend down to help me at all. and…

ITS 99% PLASTIC for RV parts and accessories

I thought it was good for the money. The instructions were not easy for me to read. i am not young I'm amazed at how sanitary materials have made their way into the world of plastics. Plastic isn't the best material and I'm sure if the part where the hardware bolts to was changed to brass the installation would be a lot easier. Cross threads can be cut very well with this plastic. They say to use tape on the plastic threads, but the hoses that come with them have a rubber seal and I think it…
