It is a comfy couch. Some might think it is a bit too firm, but i like that. Unfortunately, there was a tiny hole in the side of one of the arms. Thought that I could have it hidden by the back of the couch, thinking that the arms could be used on either side. But the arms only have one side that they fit on. I don't usually like to leave bad reviews, but buyer be warned. This couch had ok-to-good reviews, so my hopes were medium-highish, but after trying to sit on it for the past month, I absolutely hate it. Can I give this sofa zero stars? It deserves nothing nothing higher. The quality is nonexistent. It was very difficult to assemble and did not lool right afterward. There was an inch gap into the storage area where the cusion rested. It arrived missing vital bolts. Wtf
