I ordered a new remote control and it didn't work. I contacted the company who sent a second remote that didn't work. The company asked for a photo of the remote controls, and I wrote to them. Within 2 days the 3rd remote arrived which was the correct remote. The remote was for a two year old soundbar and VMAI customer support worked with me throughout the process to ensure I received the correct product.

I purchased this product after the original remote that came with my VMAI 2.1 soundbar broke. Out of the 3 options, I chose this one based on the reviews. When it arrived I was not given any instructions on how to pair this remote with my compatible soundbar.
