No Directions/ Remote to Nothing
I purchased this product after the original remote that came with my VMAI 2.1 soundbar broke. Out of the 3 options, I chose this one based on the reviews. When it arrived I was not given any instructions on how to pair this remote with my compatible soundbar. I was trying to figure out how to pair it and the only information on how to do this was based on pairing the soundbar with the app remote. Tried to contact support with no success. The remote control is useless and now the soundbar doesn't work properly.
