First, I had ordered the white and received a black coffee table. Not what I had intended to match othervwhite furniture. The coffee table was annoying to put together, but I have put together a ton of ikea stuff so familiar with it. One board had dried glue on it ,and 2 accidental holes that were then filled in, but it was a bottom board and you can't see it. Designing a table that is meant to be enjoyed by both humans and their fur kids is such a cool idea! Why more companies don't do this sort of thing is beyond me.Having this piece of furniture/art in your living room will not only make your fur kids happy, but you can believe it will be noticed (and loved) by visitors -- especially friends and family who are (also) OWNED by kitties. :)

This cat cutout coffee table was a bit tought to put together because I never worked with cam locks before. Once I got the hang of what to do with the equipment, putting this together was a piece of cake. If you never worked with the cam locks, (the flat round metal things with a cross cutout) you can put them in the panel after you have the bolt in place. I didn't know that and struggled with aligning the cam locks and bolts correctly, and then they kept falling out, it was a tough learning…

This is a really fun piece of furniture for a den or a kids room. The cat cut out is adorable AND functional. My cats jumped in as soon as it was available. I love this cute table/cat bed.

Assembly: This thing was a nightmare to put together. It uses mostly cam screws/locks for everything. I actually broke one of the cam locks because they are like a cheap hard plastic. I had to be very careful not to tighten them too much or risk breaking more. This didn't really make sense to me because that is how the whole thing is held together. Why cheap out on the screws/locks? The boards are very thin and easily damaged. It took me way too long to put this together than I want to admit. I

This is very much flat pack particle board which in this case is extra ok because my cat is tough on stuff-he’s a big boy. It took me a few days to get this fully assembled just because it was a lot and I was taking my time. So far kitty hasn’t been interested in the cat bed part, of course, but he’s been up on the desk part. It’s really cute though, if you’re a crazy cat person then you’ll love it.

This is a really cute coffee table! It was easy to put together, although time consuming, so plan on spending an hour or so assembling it. I thought the instructions were really good. It seems to be sturdy, and it is a great conversation piece. My cats like to hang out in the little cat cut out portion. There were a few small knicks on it, but nothing you can see. I had been looking for a coffee table to replace my old one, and this one is perfect.

This is nice and sturdy. I love the craftsmanship it’s just a lot smaller than I was anticipating. In no way shape or form is this to be confused as a desk. This is definitely a coffee table!
