MODS GAMING® Xbox 360 Security Controller Review

This T8 security tool did exactly what I needed. It's also magnetized, making it easier to work with small screws. It was a solid purchase and worked well for taking apart my Xbox 360 controller for cleaning.

I love this thing. I wanted to replace my joysticks and later the buttons, triggers, bodies. Screws come off with no problem. I also like the built-in magnet. Makes the job so much easier! I recommend to everyone.

I've used small screwdrivers a couple of times to get them into the screw heads on the Xbox controller. It kind of worked, but it hurt. I bought this T8 with the center tap and just used it to open the controller and it made things a lot easier!

This thing saved my life. I had a controller that was full of junk and after taking it apart, cleaning it and putting it back together it worked much better!

It's well done and did the job requested of taking apart my xbox 360 controller for modification. As a reminder, this VOIDS any warranties that may have been in place. But if you still want to change your controller, that will take it apart. Would buy again and recommend to friends and family.

I bought a T8 security driver to disassemble an Xbox 360 controller to make it stop working. The problem was a small accumulation of dust and dirt on the bumpers. With this driver I can disassemble my controller safely and easily. The quality seems good and it was sent to me very quickly.

I've never needed a T8 security screwdriver. But when that time came, the good people at Torx saved my life and freedom. You see the xbox one controller was broken and needed fixing and this screwdriver let me in to save then I saved mankind. 10/10 will save all people again.

Works perfectly. skintight I was a little worried when I opened it up because the hole wasn't in the middle, but it still worked. In fact, it almost snaps into the screw, ensuring a tight fit and preventing easy slipping. I also didn't know the tip was magnetic until I used it. It's a nice touch that makes this purchase even more worthwhile.

I just turned 4 broken controllers into 4 working controllers with this thing and some rubbing alcohol. Basically I had to wipe the dirt off the moving parts. A while ago I bought another T* screwdriver to open the console case and this thing is of a much better quality. It's more durable than the more accurate tip, and it's also magnetizable (which was necessary to align a few screws on the cross when I reassemble it).
